By N3 News Team One of the absolute coolest events in our area is the annual Russell H Gilbert Free Fishing Day in White Cloud. This fishing phenomenon was started by its namesake the former mayor of that fair city who wanted to give area kids a day of fun and festivities complete with prizes for the youthful anglers.
