Big Jackson students have new backpacks and many school supplies thanks to the generosity of Representative Bumstead who selected them as the recipients for AT&T’s annual “adopt-a-school” distribution. The backpacks will become “Take Home Backpacks” filled with engaging texts and nightly reading challenges for students and their families. The “Take Home Backpacks” will help each Big Jackson student become a better reader.
