Girls Night Out Returns To Dogwood Nov. 3rd Spectrum Health Gerber Memorial invites all area women to attend the 12th Annual Girls’ Night Out event on Thursday, November 3, 2016, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Dogwood Center for the Performing Arts in Fremont. This annual event celebrates women with wellness information, compelling discussions about women’s health, shopping booths, entertainment, healthy food and more. We’re calling women to grab a friend and join us for an evening dedicated to them. There will be a special appearance by Diana Bitner, MD, director of midlife and menopause programs for Spectrum Health. Be prepared to be inspired. Knowing what women can... ...expect as they age, what physical and mental changes are taking place, what’s normal and what’s not can ease the transition from any stage of life to another. Dr. Bitner is a nationally-recognized women’s health physician who will speak about healthy aging, no matter what a woman’s age. Attendees will learn what’s happening with their bodies, what food and habits can trigger mood swings, insomnia, low sex drive and more. Dr. Bitner will also join a panel of Gerber Memorial women’s health experts as they discuss wellness for women. They’ll have answers to uncomfortable, yet common health questions such as pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, stress management and the importance of an active lifestyle. Attendees will also enjoy a night of healthy foods, hand massages and paraffin dips, shopping booths, a special photo booth, giveaways and great prizes, including a Kitchen Aid stand mixer. This is a free event so bring your mom, your daughters, your aunts and grandmothers! Plan to attend Gerber Memorial’s Girls’ Night Out event on Thursday, November 3, at the Dogwood Center for the Performing Arts. Comments are closed.
