candidates, I nonetheless urge everyone in Newaygo County to consider that we have much to gain at the local level on August 2nd by actively considering those on the ballot. Along with the massive growth and national influence sweeping through the West Michigan region, I strongly believe that Newaygo County is about to experience the greatest growth it has seen in over a... ...century. God willing, I am trusting that the citizenry will vote this year to put in place men and women of good character who are ready to take Newaygo County to the next level of creativity, ingenuity, managerial excellence, and prosperity.
This primary election offers us an opportunity to put in place real people who can lead this County in a positive direction. It's easy to understand who they are by simply looking at how they are running their campaigns: If a candidate is staying focused solely on themselves, their goals, and their qualifications, and not trashing the competition or using intimidation or rumor to influence potential voters - chances are they will lead similarly. I will proudly be voting for Ralph Green and Bill Nottleman for Township Trustee positions in Croton Township, and for Pat Hedlund for Newaygo County Sheriff for these reasons, and as a result of years of witnessing who they are and how they work. They tirelessly pursue excellence, and have a servant's heart - more than enough for me. It's what our County needs, and I believe it's what our country needs. Please vote August 2nd.
