We’ve been spreading our vision for an accurate, hyper-local, timely, and entertaining information source for just about a month now and the reception we’ve received has been truly remarkable. You have responded with positive comments, a slew of subscriptions, and tens of thousands of views and visits to our site as well as our facebook page.

To do this we need your help. Give us your feedback, your recommendations, and your suggestions on what you would like to see in our pages. Tell us what you like and just as importantly tell us what you don’t like. If you know about an event worthy of coverage let us know and we will make every effort to bring it to our pages. If there’s a story out there needing to be told, give us the skinny and we will make every attempt to shine a bit of light on it.

People who consider their community a great place to live tend to have high rates of civic engagement and strong local news habits according to a Pew Research Center report from 2015. It is our hope to help feed those news habits and hopefully foster more community connectedness in the process.
