Newaygo County RESA is accepting bids for the purchase of a parcel of property and buildings located at 5479 West 72nd Street Fremont MI 49412.
Interested parties may request a bid packet by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and a bid packet will be emailed to you. BIDS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED USING ISSUED BID FORM IN BID PACKET.
For a walkthrough of the buildings and grounds, an appointment must be scheduled in advance with email@example.com.
Sealed bids must be received or hand delivered to the Superintendent’s office at 4747 West 48th Street Fremont MI 49412 before 12:00pm on Tuesday June 1, 2021 EST, at which time bids will be closed.
All bids must be clearly marked “RCASCA Building Bid”. The name and address of the person or entity submitting bid must be clearly marked on envelope. Any bid received after 12:00pm June 1, 2021 will be returned unopened. No fax, email or electronic bids will be accepted. Bids will be opened and read aloud immediately following the close of the bids.
