Last week for Monday, Wednesday Take-Homes
Greetings to All, This will be our last week, of Monday and Wednesday night Dinners until fall. We will however continue offering a Friday night Dinner through out the Summer season. BBQ RIBS will be coming soon! Attached is the Menu for this weeks service. We will be open on Mother's Day from 8-3pm with no night time service. I will be sending out our special menu for that in a day or two. We will be opening up more days for Breakfast and Lunch in the near future as soon as this crazy weather breaks! Stay tuned and thank you for all your patience and support!! Chef T Some good news for area foodies
Chef T.'s Croton eatery has been the scene of many N3 meetings as well as a few celebratory dinners. In addition to this week's menu she is letting her loyal following know of some upcoming changes. Spring is hopefully finally here!! Which means there are once again some changes coming to Hit the Road Joe. It has been a crazy couple years navigating thru Covid19. We are so thankful that we have such a wonderful and loyal customer base and are certain that is why we are still here!! We could not have made it thru this difficult time without YOU!! We had to change our format from full time Breakfast in-house service to limited Breakfast and weekly Dinner service with more emphasis on drive thru accommodations. But it worked and we were able to stay open! Again, thanks to you! With better weather ahead of us and less Covid restrictions we are planning on going back to a more Cafe style Restaurant. This means we will be open more days with longer hours. Catering to more Breakfast/Lunch service. Unfortunately this also means we will not be offering Monday, Wednesday, and Sunday night Dinners. At least for the busy summer time. We may offer up Dinners again in the off season. Our last night of Sunday Italian Dinners will be May 1st. Our last Monday and Wednesday night Dinner service will be May 2nd and May 4th. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have for anyone. I am going to miss them too which, is why they may return in the Fall if the demand is there. We will still have a Friday night Dinner and Saturday night Wood-fired Pizza service and will be adding Sunday night Pizza come summer. We are hoping to have Patio up and running come Mothers Day. We will have a special Breakfast/Lunch menu like in the past for this special day. Stay tuned for more info on that and the extended days and hours of operation. Hope this hasn't been too much of a confused Rollercoaster ride!! We are trying our best to get back to some sort of "normalcy" whatever that may be nowadays!! Attached is this week's menu. Thanks again for being loyal and wonderful customers Chef T The Food Truck Foodies Have Spoken: Mata Taco!

We have contacted some we are familiar with and will add others as they touch base with us. In the meantime we want to hear from you. Answer the questions below to participate in the survey of N3 readers. We’ll compile the results and add it to our guide to gastronomical freewheeling. Welcome to the N3 Nibbler, our collaborative collection of the epicurean adventures to be had in our region.
