This is one of the groups that as a coach you get lucky enough to be a part of their journey. These girls don't just desire victory; they sculpt it with relentless effort. Their dedication and understanding of what it truly takes to win fills me with immense pride. There's a unique thrill in witnessing all the pieces come together – the hard work in practice translating to victories as the athletes grow both individually and collectively. It's a testament to their dedication. "And I could not do it without my assistants Joan Ludtke, Sara Dyke and Arnie Baker!"
