It was the 8th time this season Grant has scored 75+. Coach Dan George: "I was not happy with our offense or defense in the first quarter, but the defense kicked in and we outscored Montague in the second quarter. We need to be more consistent in our play, and we're working on that. It was nice to get the bench guys some playing time. 11 Tiger players found their way into the book led by Ethan DeLong (19), Zaiden Phillips (16) and Sincere Hatch (14). Grant (7-0, 15-2) will return to divisional play Friday with a visit to Chip Hills. Tuesday Hart 67 Newaygo 44 The Pirates took an early lead and went to break up 13. In the second half Hart remained in control to capture the non-con win. Ethan Reyburn paced the Lions scoring with 15 points, Hunter Yearsovich canned 10 and Blake Kerr finished with 9. Newaygo (3-4, 6-10) will travel to Tri County Friday to face the Vikings.
