Fremont 5 Kent City 2 The Packers exploded for 4 unanswered goals in the second half to erase a 2-1 deficit and bring home a win in their league opener. The Eagles held a 1-0 lead when Cole Miller found the nets off a Kasidy Wright pass and the teams hit intermission tied at 1. The hosts jumped back into the lead early in the second before the Packer onslaught began. Preston Osterhart scored off a Jaxx Miller assist to tie the contest then Cole Miller notched his second tally with Jaxx Miller recording a second assist giving the visitors their first lead of the match. Wyatt VanBoven gave the Pack some breathing room with his goal and Cole Miller took an Osterhart pass and buried it for the hat trick and a Fremont victory.
