The “Hawks have torn through their schedule with the exception of a 42 point rout delivered by the KC Eagles and Wednesday was no exception. MS took control early with a 20-3 first quarter then built a 33-9 lead by the break.
“We started slow in the first quarter. while Morley mad 5 of their first 6 shots,” said Coach Grodus. “We played with more energy in the second half.”
 Emily Bayle continues to provide the Panthers with the bulk of their scoring as she canned 19 of their 28 points andEmmie Tinkham managed to pull down a half dozen rebounds for the hosts.
Hesperia (3-3, 6-7) continues play in the Silver with a trip to White Cloud on Friday

Coach Worcester: “Tonight Morley-Stanwood was very effective from the perimeter. Our guys played tough and competed on both sides of the court. Our offense was plagued with missed opportunities in the first half, however the second half looked better. There were glimpses of progress but also we are still haunted by fundamental mistakes. 
“We will continue to work hard everyday and get better. We now have to look forward to White Cloud on Friday.”
Hunter Gudyka paced the Panthers with 11 points.
