Another Week, Another Trophy

This past weekend the Lady Indians traveled east to participate in the Morley Stanwood Invitational.  Once again, the team  brought home some hardware by knocking off conference leader and tournament host Morley Stanwood, 25-12, 25-15, to win the Silver Championship and finish third overall.
The Cloud  went 4-1 on the day, with the only loss coming against the Leland Comets who are ranked #3 in the state in D4
Allison Schulz led the team with 29 points followed by Isabel Karnes with 28. The offense was led by Olivia Bowman with 31 kills on the day, followed by Alexis Strait with 17.  Strait dished out 65 assists on the day and Karnes led the back row with 47 digs, closely followed by Bowman with 46. Hailey Clifford led the team in blocks with 7, while Strait added 5.  
The Cloud  heads to Kent City on Wednesday to face the Eagles
