It has been many years since I have seen Bill, but I always hoped to look him up and see him again. I learned of his death today and am deeply saddened. He was a very good friend...a wonderful man with a great sense of humor, a caring heart, and the ability to make anyone comfortable in his presence. Our Traverse City connection between our families was strong and beautiful in its time. Comfort and peace to those left to mourn his passing. Sherry (Carlson) Doerr
