![]() Expo Provides Meals, Music and Information By N3 News Team The Senior and Caregiver Expo held Thursday brought a steady stream of folks to the Newaygo Middle School to take advantage of the information, giveaways, free meals and instructional sessions provided through the efforts of the Newaygo County Senior Coordinating Council. The Music Therapy session was once again filled and informational classes on a number of relevant subjects drew event-goers. The Expo included classes and information geared toward veterans with Marilyn Beaudry from the Newaygo County Veteran’s Affairs Office on hand to answer questions. The trio of Sandra Bernard Fred Convertini and Charley Johnson provided entertainment for diners and over 45 vendors were on hand to deliver information as well as perform a few health checks. The Senior and Caregiver Expo was sponsored by Community Home Health Care Services and The Brook Retirement Communities. The free breakfast and lunch available on site came from the generosity of Spectrum Health Gerber Memorial, Commission on Aging, Green Acres and the Newaygo County Medical Care Facility.
