Why do you need a left turn lane at a four way stop? Cars now use right lane when car making left hand turn. Nothing like screwing up something that is working fine.

The area that truly needs a turning lane is the intersection of 20 and Munn, where speed is picking back up coming out of town and you have to make a left hand turn. People trying to go around you have the power pole to contend with in that area. Often times the person making the left hand turn needs to wait a bit for opposing traffic. It is a very uneasy feeling sitting there and having people speed around you while using the soft shoulder.
