Baddis rips the nets for 3
Bailey Baddis came out of intermission on fire as he peppered the Eagle nets for a trio of goals in the opening minutes to give the Packers all the scoring they needed to secure the win.
The visitors got on the board first and were answered by a Preston Osterhart tally ending the first half scoring and sending the teams to the sidelines knotted at one.
The second half began and Baddis hit for paydirt three times in just over 3 minutes. The outburst gave Micah Whittle and the Fremont defense all they would need to send their fans home happy.
Kent City cut the lead to 4-2 before Chase Sidlauskus and Frederick Aakesson pushed the match out of reach.
Whittle picked up 6 saves in goal for the Packers.
Fremont travels to Grant Wednesday for a 4:30pm match against the Tigers.
