Hit The Lights and Play Ball!
Memory game for Cameron Beattie Friday night in Fremont
When the lights come on Friday night at Fremont’s baseball field it will be more than a matchup between neighboring schools on the diamond.
The game honors the memory of Cameron (Cam) Beattie who passed away 2 years ago at the all too young age of 15 in a dirt bike accident.
Cam who is greatly missed by family and friends, lived in Holton and attended Fremont High School so Friday’s game will feature the Red Devils from Cam’s home town taking on the Packers representing his school.
The single game begins at 7pm Friday and it looks to be a great night for baseball as well as a great night to pay tribute to the memory of Cam Beattie.
